A question about : Huawei warranty repair nightmare

I purchased a sim-free Huawei Ascend Mate from Expansys (that's Peter Jones' company) 18 months ago, which (as stated on their website and in the enclosed literature) has a two year pan-european warranty. The device was purchased, and only ever used, in the UK.

It developed a few faults last year (volume down key not working, and you're inaudible when you enable speakerphone) which I've been trying to have repaired under warranty.

A question about : Any chance I can get 3 to give me a bigger discount?

Had my sim only for 2 years, at the time had the One Plan discount so it came to Ј17 but a few weeks later it was about Ј14, About 3 months ago I rang to ask if I can get a better deal and they just said I can go on a lower tariff (with zero discount) so I would lose my unlimited data with tethering and other benefits and go down to about 200 minutes a month and no tethering to save about a pound or so a month.

I looked into the deal 'advertised' on the mse website, 33.49 pm /49 upfront, with ee via another website, then took this to carphone warehouse (thought that would be a more trustworthy place to go) and they matched it AND are paying my first months bill!

A question about : Best option at end of contract?

I'm not sure how comprehensive this post or the questions will be, but I'm totally lost about what to do.

I am currently nearing the end of a Talkmobile contract, it ends on the 21st of March. It was bought as a redemption deal on e2save, I'm paying Talkmobile Ј7.70 a month for 250mins, 500mb of data and 5000 texts. It was part of a redemption deal with a phone where I got Ј150 back, the last Ј30 of this is supposedly in the post.

Hello, I'm wondering if you can help me with a bit of advice, please.

I am currently 17 months into a two year contract with Virgin Mobile and my Samsung S3 has developed a fault (it has white wavy lines flickering over it, loses internet, and hangs. I have changed the battery twice now, but it has not helped.)
