A question about : Going abroad

Hi everyone.
I have an iPhone 5s on a PAYG with giffgaff.
I'm going on holiday abroad and was wondering if I lose my phone or it gets stolen what do I do? if its stolen then they can't use more than the credit on my giffgaff sim so can't run up a large bill.
I've got my IEMI number - how does that help me?
I've got my house insurance claims phone number and policy number so I can report its loss or theft promptly.
Would I have to inform giff gaff or Apple ?
Any info/advice about it would be welcome.

I currently have two active lines with EE. I initially spoke to them on the 27th Jan 2015, to see what they would offer me if I took out an additional line, nothing special so turned them down.

A question about : End of Orange Wednesday

Hello,

I am mid way through my EE contract, however no longer wish to be on their network without the orange wednesday incentive.

Is it possible to cancel contracts without paying off the rest of the contract due to orange wednesdays ending?

  Orange Wednesday is nothing to do with the actual contract you Signed.

A question about : I am due an upgrade, or is it just the end of the contract

I was prompted to post having seen a thread where someone was saying they were due an upgrade soon.
Have the mobile operatives brain washed people into this strange phrase I am due an upgrade or maybe I do not understand the situation.
If you sign a contract for 24 months at the end of the contract period surely you are due nothing. Perhaps as an existing customer there may be some sense of loyalty (ha ha) but surely you are not due an upgrade

Can anyone cast some light on this.
