A question about : Vodafone make me so angry....

Rang on Tuesday to upgrade my phone,told it would be delivered Wednesday(Today)in the meantime had an email from them saying they were waiting stock from samsung,so, rang back,no all ok,my phone WILL be delivered today,so,I have waited in ALL day,and guess what???? NO PHONE!!! So,use online chat to sort out,bad move,waited 7 mins to get connected to Julie,give her all the information,she then says that she will have to transfer me to another section,can I wait? So,wait another 12 mins,transferred to Harvey,give him the info and time to read the transcript of chat,wait and wait,then it says he is experiencing technical difficulties,have to wait to be transferred to another operator,I wait,and wait and wait,almost an hour has gone and zilch help from Vodafone.So,I resort to ringing them up,go through all the menus,then silence,have to ring again,eventually I speak to someone,who tells me that the phone has not even been packed yet!!!! He cannot tell me when it will be delivered!!! I have to wait until I get a text on my phone from the courier company that its on its way!!! What a useless lot,and suprise suprise,I am the 'customer' ,its a wonder that Vodafone carries on trading with business practices like this,AWFUL.....but the sad part is they seem not to care,or do anything about it.title=Madtitle=Madtitle=Mad

  • I don't think I've ever had something delivered when a company said they will deliver it. You're best picking a time you don't want, to guarantee delivery when you do!
