A question about : Samsung S5 mini eating data

Over the past few days my Samsung Galaxy S5 mini as been eating my data allowance. My 500mb data was refreshed on the 13th Feb and now its all gone. This morning at 3.30 am I got a text to say I had used 80% of my data since the 13th and by the time I woke up this morning I was out of data. I am not doing anything different on my phone than I have been doing since the contract started with EE.

A question about : mobidol charges

Hi, my son (2yr) got hold of my phone when I wasnt looking and clicked an app and subsequently an advert that took him to the mobidol website where with one click and no real security or confirmation measures signed me up to a service I dont want that is costing me Ј4.50 a week, I have immediately unsubscribed but I dont want to be charged for this service. Can I get my money back, surely this cant be a fair and legal method of charging people, simply clicking on their website?

A question about : Just got an iPhone 6 & ALL insurance companies sound awful!

I've been looking at reviews for Insurance2Go, protect your bubble, endsleigh, Switchedon insurance and literally hardly any have many good stories of having to claim, especially via loss, which is my main reason for getting insurance.

One which does fill me with more hope is https://www.hiccup.co.uk/ purely as its underwritten by Aviva and its Ј10 a month, which is only Ј3 less than Vodafones.

hi,

i just wondered if any one has used mobilephonesdirect.co.uk? i only ask as i have never used a third party before to buy a phone. I just wondered how trustworthy they are in regards to the tariffs they offer? i spoke to a woman at EE and she reckoned the EE tariffs they were offering weren't valid, but surely they couldn't get away with offering something invalid or that doesn't exist?

A question about : EE/Orange Contract Phone Query

At the beginning of January 2015, I renewed my 2 mobile contracts with EE. I also have a 12mth sim only added to 1 of the contracts for use by my daughter.
I was going to give my old phones (Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE i9305) to my mother and mother-in-law. But when I did I found that both were still locked to EE/Orange.
