A question about : Anyone used EU Claim/Bott & Co?

these were highlighted in an article in the Guardian as someone to use to claim on your behalf in exchange for a 25 euro fee plus 27% of the compensation but when you're asked to sign up it's not that straightforward and could end up out of pocket whatever the outcome. here's their explanation:.

1. What do I pay if I win?

If you win your claim you pay us an administration fee of 25 euros and our charges. You pay our disbursements

A question about : Flight Delayed and Compensation BH Airlines

Can anyone help me, my flight to Bulgaria with BH Airlines was delayed by over 5 hours back in June last year, since then i have sent over 20 emails and several letter but all are being ignored.

Has anyone else sucessfully claimed from BH Airlines? and can andone advise what i can do from here?

A question about : Extended Delay due to Rerouting

My flight from MAN-LHR was delayed due to weather. I was refused boarding on the connecting flight to Calgary due to late arrival in LHR.

I was offered an alternate route, this was a night stop in a hotel in LHR. Travelling next day from LHR to Denver. Another night stop in Denver then Denver to Calgary. Finally arriving approx. 40+ hours late.
