A question about : Any chance I can get 3 to give me a bigger discount?

Had my sim only for 2 years, at the time had the One Plan discount so it came to Ј17 but a few weeks later it was about Ј14, About 3 months ago I rang to ask if I can get a better deal and they just said I can go on a lower tariff (with zero discount) so I would lose my unlimited data with tethering and other benefits and go down to about 200 minutes a month and no tethering to save about a pound or so a month.

Its hard with the foreign call centre as either they are playing games pretending they dont understand or they dont understand context(as in I say I want to pay less so they offer me a lower tariff and when I say I meant stay on tariff and get a discount they are like well you will save money by changing tariff so we dont understand why you say that wont save you money

• I would stick with the One Plan as long as it lasts, the price you are paying is excellent. I am on the One Plan with two 30 day SIM only deals at Ј18 and don't see a better deal elsewhere.
  I don't know how long we can stay put, but no letters yet!
• Again stay with the one plan, I am on it sim only for Ј15 a month, not had the text about finishing the one plan yet but not looking forward to it as i want to keep unlimited data, but looks like the amount of minutes will go down and the price many well go up
