A question about : UKPC parking charges at Boucher Crescent

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help, I was at Boucher retail park on Sunday and got a parking charge of Ј60 (paid within 14 days) rising to Ј90 if not. I hold my hands up and admit I was parked incorrectly - but it's the norm for there (no excuse I know - and yes I have learnt my lesson). But I'm wondering how enforceable this is, I had a look through the rest of the site and people say to ignore it, but has anybody in NI ever come across this company before and either ignored them or been hauled to court?

Personally, I predict drops for Q4 2012 and Q1 2013, but not as big as the previous years. Therefore, I think the annual rate of decline will reduce from the current 12% to well into the single digits as 2013 progresses.

• If it is a straight swap for a faulty one the MCB is about Ј6 - 8. If it is being fitted by a registered electrician it is fine as it gives you piece of mind.
