A question about : Having trouble getting a timely repair of a new handset

Hi Everyone,

Around the start of the year I ordered a new Nexus 5 from Expansys to replace the iPhone 5 that was stolen from my house. I have had the phone for just over a month or so but it has now started locking every time I try to do anything with it, which makes it completely unusable.

I received this text off three this morning, looking on social media this morning, lots of customers on the older all you can eat unlimited data (including hotspot) have received one.

So I'm forewarned and forearmed anyone here received one and rang them?

A question about : Buongiorno Mu charges (t mobile)

On checking my unbilled charges today, I noticed a 0.85p charge every Friday since march from Buongiorno Mu - searching them onine they look to be a music / app company, I can not remember downloading or signing up to any apps, has anyone come across the same thing or know how to cancel this - thanks
