I'm after some advice on how to deal with this situation,bear in mind I'm halfway through my contract so if I were to switch id be looking at around Ј250 to settle up,what I'm really after is some sort of reduction in my monthly bill for the 12 months remaining of my contract,the issue is as follows:

Has anyone been successful in claiming money back from Ask Bongo?
This service has been accessed by someone under 16 and without the bill payers permission. In fact all you do is close a box that asks you to agree. Then anyone can access the service.

A question about : Getting compensation from Apple

Hey guys, quick question. This is not a warranty issue.

A question about : o2 account in refund. Will I get a refund if I leave?

My sim only contract with O2 is coming to an end but my account is in credit (can't remember exactly why - I think it was something to do with them compensating me for something). I'm not confident of getting a good retention offer from them but if I leave am I entitled to get the money refunded to me?

A question about : Terminate mobile contract (lack of data service)

For the past 5 months, mobile company have been messing me around, and have been crediting my account for data outages, the issues been going on for 5 months, I've been patient with them, but this morning I've had the same problem, but this time they are saying the mast has been fixed. They have all the transcripts, and everything has been logged, and I have some names of seniors who have given me substantial discounts and promised me issues would be fixed on X date and that has not been the case.

Hello, have managed to shatter the screen on my S4 mini and am wondering which repair kit to get, there are a few out there ranging in price, but i presume the cheaper ones will have sub-standard glass.
