A question about : EE and Deezer

Hello all - had a little result recently that may be useful to some of you.

I have an iPad and mobile phone. When taking out the phone contract (with EE) I was told I would have full access to Deezer mobile for 24 months.

This access was withdrawn on my secondary advice after Deezer and EE ceased their professional relationship.

I claimed against EE for this misrepresentation. Only a small amount, but still a point of principle. I got full payment of damages. No admittance of liability by EE, however.

A question about : BT to buy EE, but no change for customers yet

With BT buying EE will they have broken my contract with them, due to EE having dismal coverage in my area.
In my area only Vodafone works well, and at the moment BT piggyback off them, once they move to EE, my service will become dismal.
So the question is would I be free to leave them

Hi, I signed up to a new contract instore in Carphone warehouse on Saturday with EE.
When i called Vodafone to cancel my existing contract they gave me a much better offer. Stupid me for not checking first!!
Vodafone insist I have 7 days to cancel my contract, when I called Carphone Warehouse they said they don't except returns.
I'm planning on going instore and arguing this evening but want to be sure what I'm arguing is correct.
Do I have the right to cancel?

For Ј48 a month

Is this deal worth it or should I be asking for my pac code?

Hello, can anyone tell me what difference they can find between the above s3 phone priced at Ј79 at Sainsburys and the ones I have googled at Argos, Ј119.99 and giff gaff at Ј99?

That is a big difference in price if they are in fact the same phone?
