Medical negligence-2nd Expert opinion(radiologist/oncologist),can they be from abroad

A question about : Medical negligence-2nd Expert opinion(radiologist/oncologist),can they be from abroad

Online service - Abroad medical experts?

In negligence cases, medical experts opinions (radiologist, or oncologist) are needed.

There are many 'online' services/companies of professional experts,

where you can send your XRAY image by email to, and the professional oncologist /radiologist from a different country (USA for example) can check it, and give you a report in under 1 week, (for a price)

Hearing Aids (NHS) Scrivens or Specsavers?

A question about : Hearing Aids (NHS) Scrivens or Specsavers?

I've seen my GP about my hearing loss, and via the NHS scheme, I can now choose to have a hearing test and be supplied with hearing aids from various sources including my local NHS hospital, Specsavers or Scrivens. A friend has said that Specsavers offer more choice on the NHS scheme than an NHS hospital. Does anyone on this forum have any experience of using either of these high street sources on the NHS scheme? Thank you

How do you stay motivated?

A question about : How do you stay motivated?

I seem to lose motivation very easily. I've been trying to eat healthily and lose weight but I seem to give in so easily that I've hardly lost any weight at all. I am trying to eat less processed carbs and I try to keep a food diary on myfitnesspal.

Braces for an adult

A question about : Braces for an adult

I'm in my fourties, and my teeth are getting more crooked as I get older. It's only my top set (at the front!) that I am having problems with.

From what I have seen so far, the costs for braces are in their thousands.

Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative? What about Groupon - is this worth pursuing? Can I go abroad to have them done more cheaply?

Any advice/feedback would be welcome title=Smile
