A question about : TSB Classic Plus Accounts. How many can you have?

The subject account pays 5% interest on balances up to Ј2000. AFAIK you do not have to switch your current bank account or have any Standing Orders or Direct Debits and the only requirement is to pay in Ј500 every month.
So I wonder if it is possible to have more than one TSB Classic Plus Account?

A question about : Lloyds not sending money to Halifax.

I opened an account with Halifax last week and I've been trying to send money to it through my Club Lloyds account online. For some reason its not going through, it will set up the new recipient but not send money of any amount. I've tried sending it to the Halifax c/a and the savings account I set up too, nothing. I can still send money to my RBS account through Lloyds or my oh's Halifax account, but not mine.

Never had an issue like this before so no idea whats going on.

A question about : Can nationwide refuse to give me my money?

Hi everyone this is my first post here so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place

My question is does nationwide or any other bank have the right to refuse to give me my money I have a short term memory problem which causes me to lose my debit cards every few months or so as Most of the time I leave them in atms or other places without realising an it can be ages before I notice.

A question about : Leaving Halifax after 9.5 years!

It's been a productive evening!

I've applied to Santander to transfer my main Halifax Reward account to them so that I can use the 123 account as a savings account for my wedding in 18 months' time.

Meanwhile I've also applied to Yorkshire Bank to transfer a basic current account I have with Halifax so that I can get the Ј150 switch reward from them.

Fingers crossed that everything will go to plan!

A question about : All you switching tarts ....(YB ...u know who you are!!)

Can anyone tell me how important it is that details on donor accounts EXACTLY match those of new accounts ....

I am just about to do a Halifax switch and notice in the Ts and Cs that both sets of details must match,

Not sure if this just means that they must just be in the same name or that they must EXACTLY match - I'm sure I've read on here that some switches may have failed for this reason......

Anyone done the Halifax in this situation?
