A question about : o2 account in refund. Will I get a refund if I leave?
My sim only contract with O2 is coming to an end but my account is in credit (can't remember exactly why - I think it was something to do with them compensating me for something). I'm not confident of getting a good retention offer from them but if I leave am I entitled to get the money refunded to me?

- Well for 1 your contract is not coming to an end. you are reaching the minimum term, if you do nothing then you will just remain as is paying the same until you give 30 days notice. If you leave then yes any credit remaining on your account will be refunded
- Depending on the amount you may need to contact them to get the refund.
