Hi,

I have been refused finance three times in the last week. Im applying for 15k over 4yrs. I been self employeed sole trader Taxi driver for almost 4yrs. Two CCards and only one late payment in that time.

Just took a look at my cretit score last night, it reads 767 with checkmyfle.com . Court records are non existant . In the Using Data Seen By Others page Equifax, Experian, and Call Credit are all hight 900's ?

No insolvency record and on the Electoral Register.There are no CIFAS warnings on my credit report.

A question about : Best option for paying for online course?

Hi,

I'm new to credit cards, loans etc. I'm looking to pay for an online training course that costs Ј2500 and just wanting a bit of advice on what would be the best way to pay for something like this?
Any help appreciated.

A question about : What to pay down first

I'm due to come into about Ј2k after some stock stuff matures which should make a reasonable dent in my debt, but I'm unsure as to what to try and clear first.

I've got:
~Ј15k on 0% balance transfer cards, which get moved around approximately annually, costing about 3-4% a time.
~Ј9k loan @ 6.9%, fixed payments.
~Ј94k mortgage @ 3.99%, fixed payments. I'm at about 90-100% LTV so a long way from getting a better mortgage deal.

A question about : HP Voluntary Termination

Hi all... first-time poster here, hoping for some great advice if possible!

I have an HP agreement for my car, and was under the impression that I could hand back the car after paying off 50% of the total. I had wanted to end the agreement a year ago, but was told about the 50% rule, so have continued paying up until I reached that figure, which was with my December 2014 payment.

A question about : first direct loans

I am thinking about taking a loan with First Direct.

Does any one know if they have a very strict lending criteria?

Their best rate is 3.6% - is that rate only for those with a high credit score?

*My credit score is in the upper Good range
*I have never defaulted on credit card and loan payments
*My credit cards are cleared each month
*I have a residential mortgage and a BTL mortgage
*I work fulltime

Does any one know if I am in with a good chance of getting that 3.6% loan rate?

A question about : New to personal loans, want some reassurance

Hi All,

Looking at getting a loan to buy a car I really want as a treat. Been looking at a Ј5000 loan repaying over 3 years which depending on the interest rate works out about Ј150/mo, no problems for me. I do have some questions however as I;ve never borrowed money before and am a little anxious given i'm the old school of never having bought anything I couldnt pay for in full.

A question about : How to compare car PCP between dealers?

One of the options I'm considering for purchasing a car (today! ) is PCP, and I can't find a way of comparing between dealers.

It's an approved used car, two almost identical cars, similar prices from two main dealers and the PCP figures differ considerably between the two.
