A question about : Removing Second Charge on property

Hi - I will be paying off a loan secured against my property and wondered if I needed to instruct a solicitor to remove the second charge.

Does anyone know???

A question about : PCP

I am wondering if somebody in the know could offer us some advise.

My partner has been offered a new job and as part of this job would receive a company car.

He got a Fiat Punto on a PCP in March 2013. This was to be purchased over 48 months with a balloon payment at the end. At the time of purchase he was told he could bring it back at any time and just hand it over with the keys.

Obviously it was never going to be that easy.

Looking for some advice please,

I purchased a new Ford Focus in March 2013 as part of a PCP deal putting 3.5K from a part exchange of my older vehicle into the equation. The Contract is now coming to an end and the car has a GMFV of around Ј7.5k . I was told at by the dealer at the time of purchase that the car would likely be valued at more than this and the difference I could use as equity towards a new car.

A question about : Early repayment

I've recently repaid a personal loan with Cooperative bank early - Ј12,000, 7%, taken start of July 2014, 48 months, Ј286/month; paid 6 instalments before settling end of Jan.

Thing is, I had a statement last month showing Ј396 interest charged in the first 6 months, up to Jan 4.

Then Ј160 from Jan 4 until closing on Jan 28.

I expected to pay a month's interest penalty for settling in full, but from my rather rough calculations, it appears two months interest have been charged.

I am a pensioner living in Spain. I own my own Spanish property and have no mortgage. However I retain a bank account in the UK and have pensions paid directly into this UK account.
