A question about : Skin Clinics: Bad service & Unreasonable care and skill

Has anyone else had poor service from Skin Clinic for laser hair removal?

I submitted a complaint on 20 October 2014. I received no response and have had to chase several times. Still no reply. It has been 4 months. The Clinic Manager has fobbed me off and is blocking me from having my complaint looked at by the Director.

A question about : In a bit of a mess

Since having the flu a few weeks ago, my body has become a bit of a mess. Especially where skin is concerned.

The skin on my hands feels like I've scoured my skin with sand paper. The skin on my legs is starting to break down and feel sore and irritated. I'm getting a lot of spots on my face too.

I have started taking Metatone vitamin tonic to try and help pick me up a bit. However, I haven't got a clue what to do about my skin.

A question about : Long lasting blushers & bronzers

I think I've found super long lasting versions of nearly every type of make up - except blushers & bronzers.

Anyone know any super long lasting versions?

A question about : Does your doctor send prescriptions to pharmacy?

My doctors surgery has just started doing this.

It being the 21st Century, there was I thinking my prescription would be sent electronically to any pharmacy I chose.

Pah!

Apparently:
1) I can only use certain pharmacies who are linked with my surgery.
2) My surgery then contacts the pharmacy within a day or two
3) Within another day or two the pharmacist goes to my surgery to fetch prescription
4) I can finally go and collect it about a week later

I am looking for inspiration.. My hair is looking a bit flat these days (ok it doesn't help that I'm needing to wear a winter hat outdoors at the moment which seems to squash it down..) and I am trying to think of ways to get some curl and volume back into my hair.

A question about : Pregnancy Acne

I'm just under 30 weeks pregnant and suffering with really bad skin.

I'm not sure if it is severe enough to be classed as acne but for me it's very unusual.

Even as a teen I never suffered with many spots, the odd one here and there was about it. The past few weeks my skin has broken out terribly, I have clusters of spots around my hairline. They are quite raised, red and sore. I've also got a lot of little dry itchy spots on my chest and back. I've never suffered with spots on my chest and back before.
