will be a 'permanent' office role, on the phone.. initial training tbc, quite a large company..

Here are some things I plan to ask.. have I missed anything?

likely type of calls being handled - in or outgoing, soft care, hard script?
(any targets? solo, or team based?)

helping with / referring complaints? technical issues? cross selling anything?

Progress reviews / further product training?

A question about : NHS job interview

Hello,

I have an interview later this week for clerical job in the NHS. The invitation says there will be IT, literacy and numeracy tests. Does anyone know what these will be like? I'm working in admin role but always finds these tests make me more nervous than the actual interview.

I work for the NHS (19 years service soon) but, due to relocation of the job and the complications of hours changing, I have decided I need to re-train.
My union has been hopeless with this and I have, basically, given up with them so expect to leave the NHS with nothing.

Hello all, I'm posting on behalf of my daughter. She's been working for a national restaurant chain (Ask) as a server since 1st September 2014. She is epileptic and had made her employers aware of this. This last weekend she had a serious of seizures (she assumes - she was unconscious) and her flat mate found her on her bedroom floor with carpet burns to her face.

A question about : A new copy of birth certificate

I have recently got offered a new job and I took in items of id ,copy of birth certificate ,bills ,letters . And now I have been told the copy of my birth certificate is too old . I lost my original one and got a copy in 2002 form my local council . I cannot provide my passport as its run out and I haven't got the money to renew . Can you tell me if I need to buy another copy of my birth certificate ? or has the laws changed on using a old birth certificate. thanks
