Hi all

First post so if I've posted in wrong area forgive me.

I am trying to claim back an overpayment from liverpool City council of council tax.

I owned the house and paid council tax continuously for 12 yrs from 2001 to 2013

My neighbours had received letters from council stating banding had been incorrect nd they should apply for refunds.

Their requests were successful and some have since received payments from the council for.

This is where it goes wrong for me.

A question about : PPI -12 Mortgages -6 Credit Cards & 5 Banks

Hi,

I am now in my 13 Home , I have had 13 mortgages over the years, 6 credit cards as far as I can remember but maybe more and at least 5 banks have been used !

As the years pass my memory fails me a little and I am finding it hard to remember who I had all these credit agreements with !

How do I make a PPI claim without knowing all the information , Can it not be seen on my credit history ? So is there a Low Fee Company that would help me with the claims ?

A question about : Halifax mortgage late payment fees

Hi everyone.

Was hoping for some advice.

In 2011 my mum and dad received a refund of PPI on their Total Mortgage Protection from this bank. The refund was no where near the correct amount. I returned the cheque with further old statements to show the refund was wrong. Along with the letter I asked that all the late payment fees be refunded.

A question about : claim back ppi on debt management programme

Hi everyone, i have been hearing that you can actually claim back PPI from debt management companies. I had a debt management programme with Churchwood Finance, running over 5 years in which they got Ј47 per month which works out at Ј2,820 to them, on top of what was being paid back to the creditors. Do i have any hope of gaining anything back from them?

A question about : Catalogue charges

Can't seem to find anything recent on here regarding claiming catalogue charges. Has anyone a link? Is it possible to claim back charges? I've read through the reclaim Ј1,000 thread but it's all about ppi and doesn't mention catalogues.
