A question about : eBay buyer wants to return goods, said no, what happens now?

Hubby and I have been using eBay for about ten years and no problems at all until now. We both have 100% positive feedback.

Hubby sold an item and the buyer received late last week. They sent a message at the weekend saying it was more worn than described and they wanted to return. Hubby had sold them as no returns and said no, as (1) they were described accurately and (2) there were loads of photos showing every part where you could clearly see the wear.

A question about : How to avoid a defect in a refund

This is how eBay CS have just told me to refund someone for a lost item without incurring a defect.

As with all 'helpful' advice with eBay, do it at your own risk, as what one operative says might not be allowed, or even work.

my item was sent using PayPal postage and buyer has confirmed the address is correct.

Is there any way i can change the postage cost on auctions that already have bid's on?

I cant cancel the auction's as they end on sunday and i am away on monday for 5 weeks.

I've purchased an Apple iPhone 4S 64GB from a registered business seller on eBay UK.

I bought it Buy It Now for Ј450 71 days ago and I believe I am unable to file complaints or resolutions via eBay or PayPal.

I am extremely distressed with all of this as I saved up for that phone, and with the seller have 100% feedback of 1980 ratings I felt it a very confident purchase.

I've had to contact an ebay seller about an item I bought from them and they told me to send it back for a full refund but with the price of postage I think I can repair it cheaper. So is there a way I can ask for a partial refund.

Hello and can anyone help me please with the following;

I saw that it was possible to list my eBay items with FREE POST using click and collect at Argos.

I can also see and read the help page on eBay but they do not tell me very clearly how to make listings compatible with this service. Does anyone know how to do this or what search words or phrases to use in Google or YouTube!

A question about : privacy error message

I'm not techie so I don't know if this is me or ebay- but everytime I try and access my reports on ebay I am getting a privacy error message. It won't let me cut and paste but basically it says 'your connection is not private' and then goers on about a site called eshopping.promotew.com

I can't do anything once I get that screen except to open a new window and access ebay cleanly again.
