Between Christmas and the New Year I had someone buy a widget from me, I posted it same day. Next evening I get a 'please can I cancel this item' request as she had found it considerably cheaper elsewhere. I explained it had been sent and if she returned item to sender I would refund on safe return.

A question about : Problems with Amazon selling account

Not sure if this is the right area of the forum for this but here goes.....

I got an email from Amazon today saying they are changing the way their seller accounts work and I would need to verify my information in order to get a Selling on Amazon account, as this is where seller payments will now come from.

A question about : eBay feedback for a specific item

Looking to get a battery for an old macbook and found several from sellers that appear to have sold thousands of their listed items, but also sell loads of other items. Is there a tool that I can use to get feedback for a particular item from a specified seller ?

A question about : Where do I sell my collection of Salt Pigs?

Am needing to de-clutter quickly, much has gone to Charity Shops and lots to local Freecycle groups. However, I have a collection of about 160 Salt pigs of all shapes and sizes collected over last ten years.With the number of them being so high it would become a full time job, and totally impractical to offer them on e-bay or similar.

Anyone have knowledge of sites /auctions where whole collections can be disposed of?? Local auction houses had no interest or advised stupid reserve prices...

Don't risk it.
They offer to sell outside of ebay for a 10% reduction in price, they ask for money up front, they ask you to sign for goods before you see them. They have been lovely over the phone, but we had a problem with our bed - the fabrics didn't match and we sent photos of the problem and it is very clear in the photo, but the manager denies there is anything wrong.
We are furious. They are based in Dewsbury and we are in Tyne & wear so we can't just take it back to them for a refund without paying for a courier.

A question about : Best way to refund without incurring a defect?

I just received an item back today which had been posted on 11th November to Bulgaria. What is the best way to refund the buyer, I don't want a defect!
