I ordered an item on 28th Jan, on 6th Feb had not received so sent seller a message to check when/ how it had been posted. I then got told it had been lost by yodel, but the seller had posted it so it was not their problem. So I opened a case in the resolution centre, escalated it when time to do so but eBay have closed in the sellers favour as they provided a tracking number.

A question about : Collectplus parcel status staying the same

I'm sending at parcel to Northern Ireland from Uk. The latest update was from Tuesday ''dispatched from wrexham depot'' Should I be concerned?

• Have you got the label still somewhere. There should be a much longer number under the barcode which you can use to get proper tracking at www.myyodel.co.uk , the Collect+ website doesn't always list every update.

A question about : Accept a buy it now?

I've put all the fabric bits from my maclaren buggy on eBay (frame has broken breaks but all fabric stuff is in good nick). I've seen previous similar items go for around Ј20, so thought it was worth ebaying. Someone has offered me Ј30 to buy now, which seems good considering similar stuff went for Ј20 however I have 36 watchers of my auction - should I take the offer or stick with the auction?

But after typing it all in the payment gateway took all my card details and tried to set up a recurring payment?????

Now my bookings have vanished, and the only way of contacting them is by writing to them in Eastleigh???

And now it wants my date of birth and gender???

Is this some sort of weird scam?????

A question about : Can I edit an Ebay item .. into something else

I have used my 20 free listings this month, so I shall have to wait until next month to list, or pay the 35p for a new item I now have.

One cheap item, I already have listed (as a buy-it-now) I want to remove, as it's been there for 25 days already and nobody has shown any interest.

I was thinking (danger signs !!!)

Could I edit the listing, ie the title, description, pictures and starting price ... to basically turn it into the new item ?

A question about : Offered free P&P, but buyer is wanting certain service..

Had an item on for Ј50 BIN and I was offering free uk P&P.

In the description AND postage section it stated that the postage would be a 48 hour courier.

Someone bought it and paid within a few minutes.. then messaged to tell me to send it RM Special Delivery TODAY.

I thanked them for prompt payment, but pointed out that my offer of free postage was for a 48 hour courier service and it will be sent out later today.
