A question about : How do we get a bill out of NPower?

This is the shortened version

We switched from pre-payment meters (gas and electric) to normal quarterly bill meters on the 25/4/2014. Since then despite several emails (which we used to get an answer to, but don't anymore) and phone calls, we just cannot get a gas bill out of this company!!!

At the moment i have them horrible storage heaters
cause we have no gas in the area.
Can any body advise me on which would be the best
way to go oil ,heat pumps or electric boilers.

A question about : N Power Dispute re Gas PP Meter

Despite having been on PP Meter for over three years with N Power Gas, they insist we are over Ј300 in arrears - this is despite initially being Ј96 in credit!
We have constantly complained regarding this as we believe that N Power have mixed up the outstanding bill with that of the previous tenant. They keep sending us her bill of surprisingly, Ј300+!
We even asked to transfer in December to EDF by using this forum, they refused to allow the exchange until the outstanding amount was paid off.

I moved into a small 1 bed flat 5 months ago spent christmas/new years away from the flat. However my bill is Ј370+ for the winter quarter.

To try and tackle the issue I bought an Owl USB+ energy monitor to track what the issue was. I think I have set it up correctly... but could be wrong. However, at 6:45pm I notice that my Cost per Hour is at Ј7!!! I have two sets of lights on and things on standby (plus the router).

I'm planning to move from oil fired central heating to a wood pellet powered system that will maintain radiator heating with modest domestic hot water provision.

The MCZ Musa appears to tick all the boxes so I'm looking for some real time advice from those kind enough to reply.
