A question about : Healthiest Bought Bread

Hi,

I have tried googling but getting confused! I just wondered if anyone knew of the healthiest bread to buy. I understand a lot of breads are full of salt and sugar and are really processed so am looking for suggestions.

We currently eat Kingsmill tasty wholemeal. We don't actually have a great deal so is this ok to continue with or is it a no go?!

A question about : Swollen\puffy eyelids advice needed.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice to reduce swollen or puffy eyelids.

I've always had an issue with this and have struggled to work out what I can do to help reduce the problem.

I do wear contact lenses on a daily basis, but haven't worn them for the past couple of weeks due to having an eye infection after having the flu.

A question about : Cholesterol

I went to see my doctor today with regards to my level's - total Cholesterol 6.6 - total Cholesterol / hdl 6.0.

Past ten months no alcohol qourn food, no fried foods fruit veg you name it. Breakfast bran, weetabix. Porridge oats etc semi skim milk.

Past ten months lost three stone bmi now 29 so going in the right direction.

A question about : Replacement of porcelain crowns

I have an appointment in a weeks time to replace 3 crowns (my front teeth and one incisor). The crowns I have currently have been in place for the past 7/8 years and have broken at the back many times and been repaired.

After speaking to my dentist she suggested bonded crowns with metal backs. Thinking about it now I am concerned that the effect of the teeth will be grey. I am not saying that my teeth are white but I would like a good match.
