A question about : Jet2 reject letter today over 2 years. worth fighting and how?

Brief summary

A question about : Flight delay information from 2011 not got docs

My family and I flew to Orlando Sanford in 2011 from Manchester and our flight was delayed by a day (got to boarding gate then no boarding). We were put up in a hotel at the airport for the night, but obviously lost a day of out holiday.
Problem is, I can't remember the flight details, and we no longer have any documentation relating to it. Is there a way I can access this information in order to progress with a claim?

hi was on a delayed flight 28/07/2014 ref tom61111 from mahon to bristol which was delayed for over 7 hours , complained to thompson via reclaim letter was informed not valid due to extraordinary circumstances. has anyone else on this flight claimed and won,dont know who to complain to next any advise

Caught flight onto Adelaide next day.

Hi,

Malaysian Airlines claim they had a ‘technical’ defect with the braking system on the inbound flight which would have operated my in-laws (bottom) - although personally I think they had low bookings and tried to bump all passengers onto one flight. Is ‘Finnair Oyj v Timy Lassooy (C-22/11)’still relevant or do I have to use Wallentin-Hermann v Alitaliaas well/instead in my statement to the small claims court?
