A question about : Disabled Working Tax Credit

How much is it and how much income is someone likely to get a month on a part time job on minimum wage for 16 hours? bear in mind they have rent, food, bills and PA costs (about Ј700 a month not including entertainment and what not)

A question about : Mandatory Reconsideration Research

Have you had a decision following a WCA for ESA that you disagree with? Are you going through the Mandatory Reconsideration process? If so I would like to talk to you, I am conducting a piece of research about individual’s experiences whilst they apply and wait for their MR decision.

A question about : pip have lost my mr

Ok so I asked for a Mr on the 5th of Dec phoned them on the 7th Janto see how
It was going they said it was with the decision maker phoned them today and there's no Mr on there screens they can see that I phoned but nothing else

A question about : Cheaper way to buy guaze bandages

Hi,

A pensioner friend in Scotland has to buy lots of guaze bandages at Ј16 a pop each month to dress their leg ulcers. They cannot be issued on prescription.

They are partially sighted and with moderate care/mobility needs but I'm not aware if they receive any kind of disability related benefits or if they get any kind of work related pension.

She's not a silver surfer so I will look online to see if I can get them cheaper than her local pharmacist.

A question about : Trying to sell back a stairlift, only one month old

Has anyone any advice please.
I purchased a new Brooks Stailift, with two curves, for my wife a month before she sadly died, for Ј3 500.
I have no regrets purchasing it or spending this amount of money as it enabled her to go up and down the stairs in the last days of her life.

Two people I know well, both apply for PIP.
First person makes their claim Sept 2013, Claim acknowledged by ATOS Dec,2013, appointment booked and attended Oct 2014.
Decision received Oct 10th, not enough points awarded. Promised a phone call within ten days to discuss decision.
