A question about : Dell Recovery

I'm looking for a way of storing the Dell recovery media written to a usb flash drive.
The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 3531, the owner has not made any recovery media.
It's now prompting every time it's turned on.
I've got a 16Gb flash drive, 8.5GB is required, so ok there.

A question about : Video Conferencing Systems

Hopefully some of you can help.

My boss has asked me to come up with a recommended web conferencing system. At my work we have a small number of sales guys in all corners of the globe.... phone calls and skype just don't cut it. He wants something where he can see the person and have video meetings, anywhere up to around 6-10 people at the most at any one time.

A question about : Uninstall a program on Windows 8

Can anyone help me please!!

I have a program called Tuneup Pro (Windows8 P Repair) that keeps popping up repeatedly on my laptop. I certainly haven't installed it but don't seem to be able to get rid of it either. I've been to Control Panel - Programs - click on it and tried to uninstall but it wont go and I don't know what else to do.

Any help would be much appreciated.

A question about : New laptop won't play DVDs

Hi All

I have an ASUS X551CA laptop which I am otherwise happy with, but I can't get it to play DVDs. Once the dvd is inserted it won't play by ASUS DVD or by VLC. The laptop doesn't seem to register that I have put a DVD in.

Can anyone help?

A question about : wont repair under warranty

i bought a toshiba satellite L50 in october from very
i noticed on monday that 3 screws had gone missing from the underside, i only noticed as the top and bottom casings came apart upon which the plastic by the power socket had cracked. my laptop has not been dropped or rough handled.
I called very who told me to call toshiba so i did.

they wont repair/replace my laptop

A question about : Problems with my printer

I need some help regarding connecting my printer to my computer. It has been working ok, but for some reason I am now having problems with it.

I have a Lexmark X4690 and my computer is a Samsung using windows 8, I have upgraded to windows 8.1.

Today I visited my neighbour as I couldn't print and I was able to print a word document on her printer with a USB connection.

I usually use the printer wirelessly but have used a USB connection at home with no problem.
