A question about : Aol has taken over firfox?

I am using firefox 35.0.1 on my macbook air and stange things have started to happen. I use aol for email account and recently every new tab opens as an aol page. I used to have a page where recent sites were saved. That seems to have disappeared. Also an aol toolbar, sometimes 2, appears and although I can delete them by right click, they return the next time I log on.
Any suggestions? Aol seems to have taken over.

A question about : android tablet stalls downloads

I'm re setting an Android generic tablet (Cube 10.1 u30 GT2) for a friend, 4.2.2, and although its Android software is up to date it stalls on updates like Talkback.

A question about : Funding/Grants to buy computers, laptops

Hi there

I support people around digital inclusion. Do you know of any grants or funding available to help adults on low income (including those on state benefits) to obtain computers or laptops?

I appreciate there may be a great deal of criteria - i.e. those with children, those on certain benefits etc - as many leads as possible would be great.

A question about : Sky TV problems.

Anyone else having problems?
We have been with Sky since November and the box supplied has never worked properly.
Slow to upload program details on the planner and the series link used to be intermittent and now doesn't work at all!
Have done the reset twice but this only cures it for a day or two.

A question about : Dell Datasafe Local Backup

My HDD died on me, but before it did I managed to back it up using Dell Datasafe Local Back.

However, when I try to restore it, it says one of the volumes is missing. I never deleted it, so I don't know what has happened to it.

The volume #278 is required (named backup_date_time PM.278.dsb)

I have tried to trick it by copying one of the other volumes and renaming to the volume that it is looking for, but that just corrupts the whole thing, so I had to delete it.

A question about : Could an Office 365 University subscription from the US, be activated at a UK Uni?

Hi all,
I was interested in grabbing a MS Office 365 Uni subscription, and notice that they tend to be cheaper on eBay. The ones located in the US seem to be cheaper still, but Would they activate without any problems, with a UK university email address, or do these tend to be country specific?
