A question about : Painting a fence quote/price (40 panels) ?- what price range to expect ??

for painting a wooden fence, which has many panels by a professional DIY painter, what price range should be expected to be the cost of it, maximum?

Here are the details:
40 panels (well 20 panels, but both sides need to be done)

Might be a 2-3 day job.

Panel sizes are 6 x 6, and a ladder would be needed for this job.

What price ranges would be expected for this job?

A question about : Who owns which fence?

We moved into our new home last winter and we're starting to plan improvements to our back garden.

Looking out the back of the house, fences to the left and right need replacing. Problem is I'm unsure who owns which side.

I always though it was to the left as you look out from your house but I'm not 100% sure.

Where should I look to find out?

A question about : Bathroom window stuck

Double glazing window in the bathroom is stuck shut. Tried changing the handle/spindle but that isn't the issue. Seems as though it's the internal mechanism as the spindle turns but doesn't seem to grab the locking mechanism to open.

Now the issue is that whenever the shower is going because of the condensation not being able to escape getting leaks through the kitchen ceiling just near the window which is directly below the bathroom. Gettin progressively worse each day.

A question about : Good quality shed + hexagon 'mesh' base?

I'm looking for a good quality (but obviously as cheap as possible) shed. I'm torn between metal and plastic, on the basis you need to regularly treat wood.

I need a decent size, I want to store personal belongings in there as well as tools etc - so sturdiness, dryness etc is a must. If I could find a nice tight draught proof fit, which would reduce the damp and spiders/bugs that would be great.

A question about : Sharps v Hammonds Furniture

I am looking to get some nice wardrobes. Has anyone used Shapes-bedrooms or Hammonds as they deliver then fit the wardrobes/bedroom furniture in (first they send round a designer). Now are they good quality? Any advise would be great? They don't quote prices - anyone have costings of what theres came to ect... Or shall we stick to old Ikea and 'build it yourself'?

I need some repair work carrying out to the roof of my small victorian mid-terrace. The structural survey highlighted the flashings need replacing and the parapet walls repairing / bringing up to spec.
