A question about : Cambridge Diet

Has anyone had any success doing the cambridge diet - I know all the negative crash dieting stuff but sometimes desperate measures call for desperate times.

It is Ј35per week so not cheap - or money saving!

What I am really after is honest experiences really.

A question about : 5:2 diet

I missed the Horizon programme the other day, but apparently it was looking at the pros and cons of a diet where you eat as you normally would for five days a week, and eat a very restricted number of calories (500-600) on two days.

Hello and welcome to another shiny new thread for all followers of Slimming World.

The Original and Green plans are still going strong but most people may well have heard of the new Extra Easy plan which is sweeping through the land If you've ever wondered if it works, I promise you it does. If you've ever wondered how it works - well the science confuses me, but I would just say to trust the experts at SW, they wouldn't send you on the wrong path.

A question about : Anyone tried Boots 'Smooth Skin' home IPL hair reduction system yet?

Despite it's price (indroductory price of Ј249.99) for the first 3 months, I must say that I am rather tempted to get one of these as I have been saving up for salon laser hair removal. If it does actually work it could save a lot of money (as well as effort, embaressment, pain etc.).

A question about : Should I have paid for broken glasses?

When I was boarding a plane recently the girl in the seat next to me had spread all her belongings over my seat. As I arrived she hurriedly moved her items and in the process must have knocked her Ray-Ban sunglasses on to the floor. I then stood on them and they broke beyond any means of repair. Should I have offered to pay for a replacement pair or should she have been more careful?
