A question about : root canal treatment

I've had an infection in one of my teeth which hasn't cleared up after antibiotics so I now have to have root canal work on said tooth. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this done and if it was painful?? Also how long did it take??

A question about : Low Carb Diet (atkins)

hi everyone

im on the atkins diet just coming up to the end of induction period of 14 days.Carbs was 20g or less per day.ive lost 9 pounds.
i would like to know what foods are low in carbs which i can eat,in the next phase where i can now increase the carb intake by 5g each week.
im also intersted in asian food (if allowed) like chapati's,naan etc.

also where in the uk can i purchase low carb food products from?
