A question about : PS4 Vs XBox One

With both Sony and Microsoft gearing up to release their new consoles by the end of this year, the technology world is buzzing with anticipation.

Both gaming giants with hugely successful console histories, the new Playstation 4 and XBox One are about to go head to head. Both are pitched as incorporating the best in modern gaming technology but with the XBox set to retail at Ј429 and the PS4 at Ј349, we want to know which you think is the best value for money and which is going to come out on top in the battle of the consoles!

The title says it all, which would you want? I know that PS4 is cheaper, but is it a false economy?

A question about : Do you buy second hand games/consoles?

I'd really like to know. Personally, I stopped doing so after I received a couple of dodgy discs, but that was about 8 years or so ago. Have the standards generally improved, or is it still a bit of a lottery?

I know you can save money buying (and selling) second hand games, but do they start to fail after a little while? I know I could probably find out for myself with a small investment, but I'd like to know your collective experiences, good and bad. Thanks!

Gaming seems to very male dominated world - I get a lot of shocked reactions when I say I have a PS2/PS3 and play GTA (I'm 26 so not that young)

Hi, does anyone know of any special deals available for the xbox 360 250gb? My son has been saving up and would like this and the 12months live gold but I cant find any really good deals and it appears we could have got it much cheaper at Christmas than we can now!
