A question about : sudden contact from creditors after several years

Hi, In 2006 I entered into a joint IVA agreement with my husband (at the time). We later separated in 2007, but he agreed to continue to keep up the payments on the IVA and I agreed to not hassle him for child maintenance payments for our son.

It has been my understanding that this was completed and the issue was resolved.

Hi all,

Just to make it short, 5+ years ago I was overdrawn on my account (first time ever) by accident for 1 pence and my bank charged me for unplanned use of overdraft and by the time I found out, the charge was almost Ј45 and after I spoke with the bank they refused to do anything about it so I stopped dealing with that bank any more since then and the last thing I remember is the debt went up to Ј115.87

Does anyone have a simple budget form for me and my girlfriend to follow?

We are both in good job averaging about Ј50,000 per year but we seem to have no money.
Both pay for loans and cars etc.

A question about : Give, Keep and Lose!

Hi there,

So, as the title says, I want to give, keep and lose pounds...

Give - to repay a debt
Keep - to save for mortgage
Lose - pounds - as in Lbs!! ....linked to saving as I will need to watch my figures - both financial and personally in order to complete these challenges successfully.

I will be joining the pay as much as you can 2015 challenge in December, but wondered if there was anyone out there in a similar situation, or who wants / needs additional motivation, just like I do?
