A question about : The One and Only Oktoberfest NSD Challenge!

We are a happy (and some might say mildly insane) bunch doing battle with those retailers - and there's plenty of temptation out there at the moment. We are seriously committed to saving money, but nobody said it can't be done with a smile on your face - so we organise riotous nights out and gatecrash any function going - all without leaving the comfort of our own imaginations or armchairs!

A question about : Roadkill Rebels October 2014

Hello Roadkill Rebels,

Welcome to the October Challenge. The drill is still the same: find as much roadkill as you can between May 1st and 31st.

As HOK3Y said when she launched the first challenge in October 2013, the only stipulation is that it must be found outside of your home and/or car - it has to be money that genuinely wasn't yours or your family's before you found it! So if you find it down the side of the sofa, it doesn't count!

A question about : August 2014

This is the 84th month of this challenge, which was first started by Batgirl, in September 2007. Thanks to Batgirl for starting it, Nat21luv, Monkeynut, Sweetpeas, Purpleroses, JesaRose, MizMir and of course special thanks to Aesop for keeping the thread going.
