Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges

A question about : offered a partial refund of RBS packaged fees. thoughts?

Hi,

I received a reasonable amount back from RBS 2 days ago after I complained about mis-sold packaged fees.
The letter detailing the refund arrived today and it turns out that while they don't dispute and in fact sincerely apologise for the fees charged from 2000 - 2012 (Royalties Gold) they disputed my claim for fees from 2012-present day (Select Silver)

A question about : Unsure if I have a claim for PPI, and don't know account number for loan etc...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Over the years, I've had a couple of loans and a credit card with TSB and Lloyds/TSB. I have no idea if I ever had PPI, and have no record of the account numbers of these loans or credit card (I no longer have the credit card either), as they were several years go.

How can I find out?

A question about : Claiming from a card that no longer excists

Some 12 years ago in my much youth I was silly enough to take out a store/credit card called 'Style' This was run by I believe RBOS.
I have spend quite a lot of time of this board reading claim from years ago against them and I have discovered that Style is no longer in business and haven't been for some years.
From what I can remember I closed the account around 2002 clearing the balance. I'm unsure if I had PPI on the card which i'm sure they called 'Style Care' I also had a lot of Ј36 bank charges.

A question about : Reclaiming bank charges from lloyds tsb

Me and my husband have 4 accounts between us with lloyds tsb with joint over drafts amounting to roughly Ј2000 we both work and receive benefits for our severly sight impaired child. We pay out between Ј50-Ј60 a month in over draft charges we never go over our over draft but still incur these monthly fees. My question is we've had these account for over 3 years and the fees and financially crippling us can we claim these back?

Hi all
can any one tell me if i can claim back charges and interest that is added after my cc company takes me over the limit ?

I mean for example.... i was up to my limit but the credit card company added its interest that then takes me over my limit and causes charges to be added to my account which again accrues interest on my account.

Personaly i think that its scandalous practice that they can take me over the limit by adding the interest in this way.

Back in 2003 until about 2006 I was in serious financial trouble, I was going over my overdraft, having bank charges for returned items and I couldn't see the light of day...I had maxed out my credit cards and I was also getting charges on the unpaid items and to top it all I was chased by debt collectors and had numerous defaults.
