A question about : vodafone live

I've already posted a message on the Telephone, mobile and internet access board. As it was quite long, could you go to that section and look at it.

To summarise, because of my son downloaded games from vodafone live, unsupervised, I have been landed with charges to date of Ј310. Still another week to look forward to as I only discovered on June's bill which is for April's calls.

A question about : Suspicious dvd supplier

I'm right in assuming that this is a suspicious supplier, aren't I? There is no way that you could get something that cheap, legally. Besides they are not selling the items in dvd cases. It is most likely a copy of dvd or a copy of the film that is taken from the cinema using a camcorder. I pointed this out on another forum but nobody seems that bothered. A question about : Motorbikes and home addresses

For any other bikers out there just a warning about giving out your home address.

There seems to have been a rise in the number of bikes going missing soon after being serviced / repaired. So you take your bike into a garage, give them your details, pick the bike up when the work has been completed, a few days later your bike goes walkies never to be seen again.

So if you take your bike in it is better just to leave a mobile phone number and nothing else to indicate where the bike is stored.

A question about : Halifax One Card

Hi,

I received my Halifax One Card this morning. I only applied because of the 9 months interest free period on balances and transfers.

The start date on my account is listed as the 19th March. I didn't get the card until the 29th so they are trying to take 10 days off me.

I have complained to a very nice person in customer relations who tells me that they must come back to me in 48 hours.

A question about : mobile phone scam

I have been made aware today through my local hospital of a phone scam .
DO NOT return any missed calls on your mobile starting with 0709 this incurs a Ј50 a MINUTE charge .

The NHS comes in for a bit of stick but this is praise for some amazing Professors, doctors, nurses and midwives
