Thought folks would like to know that this was selling in In-Store today at 99p.

Seemed an MSE bargain.

A question about : Credit Card Nightmare

I have 15,000 on a Llloyds credit card I have tried to transfer this amount. I am told that my credit score is good. All the credit cards I have tried to tansfer will only give me a transfer amount of Ј2500 I dont want another loan as thats more expensive than what I am paying is there any way out of this.

I have found Martin's book (The Money Diet: Step-by-step Guide to Saving Money) for 1p (used) on Amazon, with Ј2.75 delivery. Sounds good! (total Ј2.76).

I have ordered it, and will see whether it arrives; it's not from Amazon themselves but from a third-party seller (allune) - with good feedback.

A question about : Help required

At the moment, I am selling the house, but with the offers that are well below what I want for it...maybe it was a trick by the estate agent to get us to sell it for that amount

But if I decide to sell for that amount, I will not have enough in my opinion to go for even a 1 bedroom flat.

So I am thinking of renting out a room, and investing in either a high interest account, bonds or both, what do I do?

Be aware.After being inundated with FREE offers from Credit Expert I succumbed intending to cancel as advised but got caught by the smallest of small print-new customers only.I had previously had a report from them-quite a while ago so they deemed me not a new customer and charged me!

A question about : mis sold bank accounts

would like to thank martin lewis for spurring me to question one of the `Big Five` concerning my bank account, and the monthly fees for the privilege of having it! I was upgraded twice without my consent and after contacting the bank about this i was offered `a goodwill` gesture. I refused, contacted the financial ombudsman, and what a result! More than I had thought! So to all others-don`t be fobbed off.
