A question about : Window Vac

Not so much money saving, but saves time and effort. We use the Karcher Window Vac to dry condensation off the windows in the mornings, very quick and easy!

Best answers:

  • Bought one here https://www.karcheroutlet.co.uk/produ...FdLItAodLxEAuA
  • There is a code on groupon for one as well

  • got one of these but i have windows that have 4 sections hard to use. just use window spray with old newspaper
  • Great in the shower too! Saves all the scum forming so it doesn't need cleaned all the time. I would def recommend it.
  • My Parents have the Karcher one they use it every morning on the windows its a great job.
  • Topical post, my Karcher now refuses to switch off unless you plug the charger in, not very convenient. It's just over a year old so going to research the SOGA and then tackle Karcher about it as it appears there are quite a few out there with the same problem
  • Tesco have a Vileda one for Ј34 at the minute
  • I think the Karcher one may have a design fault. If you run it on its side along a window or shower door, or across a worktop nthen water can get into the electric motor. The water will be expelled out the motor air vents and you may well get some sparks.
I did contact Karcher about this a year ago and they told me that it was not designed to be used in that way. However, I have seen it demonstrated in this position on one of the Shopping channels.
  • Don't buy the aldi one it's rubbish, it's just a noisy squeegee, I'm taking my back for a refund.
  • Had one of these yokes (proper Karcher), massive miss price by Tesco (Ј2.49) really useless for washing windows with IMHO, leaked all the time and didn't really vacuum up excess Water tried its hardest to get into the motor vents too, I was expecting to go up in a puff of smoke one day
Gave mine away and reverted to a proper window squeegee and a shammy leather
  • Love ours, use it for windows, mirrors, tiles even the worktops. It does take a couple of goes to get used to it.
  • The only thing I dont like about it is that I cant do the whole house on one charge... meaning you have to switch to something else to let it charge and its hard to get back to what you started then lol
