I too joined top cash back in late feb this year, i have just recieved my first e check for £15.35, and got £14 confirmed and i have never brough anything!!! They have loads more freebie sign ins then quidco and i have actually had some worthwhile links. I wanted a second job and i found one through caterer and got paid £1 for 2 of my applications (50p each)!!! (although TCB takes abit longer to get pay outs - high street web takes about 2 months to pay out whereas quidco is only one)
Payouts once confirmed go out when you want them so its a bit better then waiting till the end of the month like with quidco (i do love quidco by the way, im with both!)

i dont like the new-members-pay-more rule either. it seems to go against the ethos of saving cash, to earn at the expense of others.
