A question about : thomas cook delay claim from 2013

hi guys
im just about to make a claim from a 2013 holiday that we were delay around 5 hours for.it was through thomas cook and people who will know there claim system will know you have to fill out a form online on there website i have done this but at the bottom it states
f you cannot locate your booking reference, please provide us with your flight ticket, boarding card, or invoice number to help trace your booking

now the problem is i dont have any of what they are asking for
is this going to be a problem and will they be able to get out of my claim as i dont have an of the above documents?
