A question about : Thomas Cook Compensation

Hi I wonder if any one can help, we used the template letter to claim for a tech delay which occured last year, I have just received an email from Thomas Cook with a voucher attached to use with Thomas Cook, is this correct or should it be a cash settlement?

    Put vouchers in search, if you had read this thread you would see this has been covered dozens of times.
  • Hi can you give more details of the cause of delay, I have has a similar claim but they refuse to pay any compensation.
