A question about : terrible customer service, is it worth complaning?

After returning from Cyprus on Sunday, we were flown to Stanstead instead of East Midlands. We saw on Sky news Sunday am that EM would be closed from 1pm, called our tour operator to be told its rubbish and that EM was open. Got on coach to Larnaca airport (we were last passengers on the coach) rep assured everybody that everything we had heard was not true and that we would be flying to EM on time, if not a little early!

Got onto plane having made arrangements to be collected from EM (a family member drove there only to have to drive home again and back for us the day after) on time, told once in air that flying to Stanstead but that 3 coaches would be there waiting to take us to EM.

Arrived at Stanstead, told to get bags and make way downstairs onto the coaches. Got bags and then told there are no coaches! They were on there way.......and still on there way.......and still on there way.

Eventually got a hotel room at 3am (landed 12am), must admit we got a room quicker than others due to my disability but then told coaches would be here at 10am. Eventually got on coach at 12pm and back to EM for 3pm Monday.

During this time we had nothing to eat nor drink (a part from the free tea in the hotel room) and were not offered anything. upon asking for some food vouchers was told that breakfast was included in the hotel but that it was too late for it now! (No-one told us anything about the breakfast and upon asking the hotel they said it wasn't included!)

Trying to keep this short and readable, do you think it is worth me complaining about the lies we were constantly told or will they just ignore me because of the more serious claims they are facing currently?
