A question about : Success!

On the 30th June, I sent off 2 letters to HFC Bank (beneficial Finance), the first was to ask for my credit card statement of charges, and the second was to complain about a mis-sold PPI policy!

SUCCESS! Yesterday I received a letter from HFC saying they have thoroughly investigated my PPI policy and they agree it was mis-sold and enclose a letter which I need to sign for Ј58.60!! title=Jumping

Now for the Credit Card Charges!

Thing is I hate HFC Bank, with a venegeance, so to get this from them, as well as a grovelling apology has absolutely made my year!!

    Well done on your success with HFC.
    I'm in the same position you were in, trying to reclaim PPI from HFC, I sent them a letter, got no reply. Emailed their "Customer Service" (what a joke), and was given the correct address to send my cletter to, yet I still have had no reply, and I have emailed the customer svs people again and they haven't even bothered to reply to my email.
    Can I ask which address you sent your letter to, as you obviously had much more luck than I did.
