A question about : Sore arm
Hello folks,
I am presently doing various exercises under guidance for painful shoulder/arm. May be RSI may be my bad posture. Its minor and probably my own fault so I'm not complaining. However can anyone recommend a basic speech to text programme that I could use sometimes when I would normally use word.
Cheap as chips and can cope with my mumbles are the requirements
Thanks

- Probably on the wrong board this.
Try PMing Martin, doesn't he also suffer from RSI? - Whalsay,
I'm moving this over to the Health Board as you may get more replies there.
As VH says Martin also suffers from RSI and does use speech to text. - I would also be interested to know of any software as mr divadee's uncle was in a car accident last year and is now tetraplegic (not sure how to spell it) but basically paralysed from the top of the chest downwards, so has very very very limited use of hands and is going back to work in about 6 months but wanted to know about software for him.
- if you have windows xp (i do with sp2)
there is a built in voice to text and vice versa facility, dont know if it is any good
goto
programs
control panel
speech
