Snow glider sledge

A question about : Snow glider sledge

I just bought a couple of these for Christmas in case it turns out to be a white one....can't go far wrong for the price!

Best answers:

• I got a couple of these very cheaply from Newitts last year, they are really not very good, better off with an old tray, or paying a little bit extra for a proper sledge.
• +1 to Be Nice as I also bought from Newitts and they're not very good at all
• As the previous poster said, they're not very good unless the surface is almost sheet ice, at which point anything will work! Save your cash.
• We had a couple of these and have to agree that they were not much good in the snow as they go from under the person using. For about Ј5-Ј6 more you can a plastic sledge that will accomodate 2 smaller children or 1 adult and they are great in the snow.
