  • Don't know about the Sky card, but they only provide copies, or as they like to call them back ups for music, movies & games.
    As they quote -
    Quote:
  • so thats their legal way of being able to sell these and other stuff on their site.
Doesnt bother me as long as it works
  • I have had 1 of there skyworld cards got 3 months out of it, odered 2 more but no show got my money back. Probaly not worth the risk
  • Before this thread descends into total anarchy - I thought we should be able to respond.
The card's DO work - we would not sell them otherwise
In response to not being able to get them at the moment - we are experiencing difficulties with our supplier for this item which we hope will be resolved ASAP.
In regards to the 'copies' comment - we do not sell copies or support piracy in any way, shape or form.
We simply provide a service to which, if a client cannot create a legal backup copy of their legally owned purchased game - we can do this for them for a small fee.
We have checked all of the legalities of this and this is NOT illegal at all.
We DO NOT rip people off nor do we do anything illegal on the site.
If anyone wants to find out more about them - please give me a shout
    Many Thanks

  • So these cards are a one off payment and they apparantly give you all of skys available channels? When are these cards roughly going to be available again! If they ain't available is there any similar cards sold elsewhere. Thanks
  • i had an email back from the guy and he said oin the next few weeks, but email him and ask there quite freindly and always reply.
  • Then come clean.
Explain how somebody can watch Sky subscription channels legally without paying for them.
Explain how you can sell cards legally, cards which are not yours to sell and are clearly the property of Sky Subscriptions Ltd.
  • Simple way to clear this up.
The amount of money this Company stands to make 'if its all legal' is phenomenal.
    Heres what needs to happen:
The owner goes onto Dragons Den - asks them for Ј250k for 50% of his business - he then uses the Ј250k to advertise on Sky1 that he is selling these cards.
At that point he shows the Dragons how its legal and they give him the cash.
Meanwhile 100,000 people immediately reduce their service on Sky to the minimum level and buy these cards.
    As for me "I'm out"
  • Whats the matter with all of you, daymare has already said its all legal and nothing dodgy, also he within his rights not to "come clean" as some of you call it you cant blame him hes trying to run a business,
if its not illegal then its good enough for me the rest of you hes not forcing you to buy them nor to look at this thread!
  • supect reason for deleted posts in this thread is (seeing one person is supposed to be the site owner)
