A question about : shift change
Hi
At the moment I work Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts with the odd weekend to cover holidays.
The company I work for are thinking of changing this to 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts.
I think my contract just says 42 hours a week
How much notice would they have to give us for this change, would it be 3 months ?
