A question about : Selling empties, inkjet and toner

Hi there,

My first actual post; been lurking for a while - what a great forum!!

Anyway, I posted the message below on the discounts and bargains NG so apologies if you've seen it already:

I'm looking to recycle a few inkjet and toner cartridges and get some money back from them but I'm yet to find one place which will accommodate my needs (mainly because not many places take empty laser toners for recycling)

www.Lasertech.co.uk look to be pretty good and give great prices on inkjet carts but only give credit onto my account so I have to buy from them in the future and (the killer) I've got to pay Ј6 for collection of the cartridges as my empties are only worth Ј15.

However, they do do toner carts which is a bonus since I've not found any other place which will take them!

I've also loked at www.inkcycle.co.uk (minimum value of Ј10 and only inkjet carts), www.choicestationary.com (not sure what their prices are like but they give credit towards future orders) and https://www.empty-inkjet-cartridges.com which will take my 5 inkjet carts for less than a tenner but still won't take my toners)

Ideally I'd like somewhere which has a Freepost address, pays good money for the carts (at least Ј1.50 for inkjet and Ј1 for toner) and sends a cheque rather than a credit note.

I have the following empties to sell (all HP)
1 of 51645A
1 of C6678D
1 of C6615D
2 of C6656AE

1 each of C9720/1/2/3 for HP LaserJet 4600 series valued at Ј110-Ј140 each when full, how come only Ј1 when empty!?

Any suggestions of sites would be most appreciated,

I think I've decided after reading on here that empty-inkjet-cartridges.com should be avoided title=Wink but does anyone know of anywhere else apart from lasertech that will take empty toner carts?
