A question about : Self employed and on benefit:maximising profits

I am getting Income Support yet self employed (Permitted Work).

I want to maximsse the amount of proft bny maxing the expenses - within the rules. It's hard to get info out of the DWP re: sallowabale expnses - has anyone ever managed toi obtain a clear cut list?
