A question about : Scottish Power

i cannot express enough how bad the customer service department are at scottish power
I gave had an ongoing battle with them regarding monthly direct debit payments since may 2014 which is currently with the ombudsman
The customer service operatives show no interest in resolving problems you will consistently wait between 30 and 45 mins for calls to be answered and a call back although promised is rarely returned
My advise is not to use this energy supplier

  • Nice to see they have improved their response times in answering calls. Shame the same can not be said about the attitude and helpfulness of their staff.
  • What's the reason for posting this in Polls - Surely PVW or the Energy Forums would be much better?
