A question about : Samsung Cashback Problems Fixed!
Hi,
Anybody who purchased a Samsung product over the Christmas period with a cashback promotion and have not heard from Samsung since applying for it, even after asking for more info using the email listed on the cashback site (the email does not work as told by Samsung customer services!) need to ring the following number with your Claim ID: 0843 596 2983.
You will then be told that your cashback is approved immediately (as long as you uploaded your recept on the cashback site) and you will receive an email to confirm this (and text message if you opted for this).
